One of our sheroes is Angela Davis, Associate Vice President at Nationwide and member of the BBBSCI Board of Directors. Angela holds over 30+ years of expertise at Nationwide. She has served on several boards, and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
Skylar Mayberry-Mayes
Skylar Mayberry-Mayes is the Voice of the Customer, Office of the Chief Customer Officer at Nationwide; Ph.D Candidate at Drake University; and member of the BBBSCI Board of Directors. His commitment to our community and giving back is second to none. Skylar has received many distinguished honors, including Forbes® 30 Under 30 honoree, President Obama Volunteer Service Award recipient, and Nationwide® – Volunteer of the Year. For many years, Skylar volunteered as a Big and has served on numerous committees.
Keesha Ward
One of our special Bigs is Keesha Ward. She is the Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa and Big Sister to Little Sister Aniyah. Keesha is also the Owner & Photographer of Ward Creative Studios, and Owner & Plant-Based Coach of Vegan Knees.
Miriam Lewis
Miriam Lewis is the Chief Inclusion Officer at Principal Financial Group; DSM USA 4 Equity Task Force member; Big Sister to Little Sister Ka’Liyah; and an I Am Enough Champion. In Miriam’s role at Principal Financial Group, she has global responsibility for designing, leading, and implementing strategies that foster a more inclusive workplace, increase employee performance, drive better outcomes for customers, and ultimately improve business results. Miriam was crucial in securing Principal Financial Group as a meeting space for our I Am Enough program, providing a safe space for young girls to be themselves and gain self-confidence.
